images (c) Stampin' Up!, 1990-2007Isn't Looks Like Spring just the best?! The technique used on this is emboss resist and I think it turned out kinda purty. Craft ink is used to make the flowers on the base and the sentiment comes from Fancy Flexible Phrases...I sooooo hope this set makes the new catty!
