images (c) Stampin' Up!, 1990-2007 For this card I used the set Polka Dots and Paisley and the Petals and Paisleys designer paper. The circles are chipboard from the On Board Accents. First I covered them with white craft ink, then stamped and sponged around the outside. After this was dry, I think I helped this along with the heat tool, I covered with versamark and embossed with clear ep. The scan does not do the card justice, it is so beautiful in person!!
