images (c) Stampin' Up!, 1990-2007This card uses the cracked glass technique which is so much fun. When I taught this to my club members they went ga-ga over it and we all had a super time. I used organdy and grograin ribbon tied together. I really like doing this (even though it can be a pain) cuz it looks so purty!
